What is Read Our Lips Australia?

Read Our Lips Australia is an online lipreading course built for you. We've built this course so that anyone, anywhere, can have the opportunity to learn to lipread.

  • There are 3.6 million Australian living with hearing loss and, with an ageing population, this figure is predicted to increase to almost 9 million by 2050.
  • Read Our Lips Australia is an initiative by Deafness Forum of Australia, a not-for-profit peak national body that works to ensure the hearing health and well-being of the 3.6 million Australian currently living with hearing loss in Australia.
